The auto tech dept did a great job on my radio install. Was in and out promptly and everything works great!

Excellent Installation making my new Bluetooth Stereo look like it came with the vehicle.

Surprisingly didn’t break any of my very brittle interior pieces, looks and works like it came from the factory. My only complaint is it took longer than what I was told it would, but only like 45 minutes longer, and my car was probably a rats nest of wires

Got there early and he took me right in. Had the work done early and looked great and worked great.

BB installed a wiring harness, stereo and face plate. They were quick and it turned out great.

I couldn't ask for a better experience, than the one I received with the installation of the car stereo in my work van. I can't speak for all the technicians, but the care and respect for my vehicle by the installation technician I had as well as the professionalism and knowledge demonstrated puts this installer at the top of my "Go To" List

The installation process was made simple by JR!! He walked me through everything from choosing the deck all through how to work the product after installation. My car required a little more work and had some extra harnesses due to the car info coming through the factory stereo. JR was extremely friendly and has been BY FAR the best customer service associate I have worked with at Best Buy. I have plenty of reasons not to purchase from Best Buy, but JR has given me one more reason to come back!

Install tech was professional, job was completed quickly and scheduling the appointment works like a dream!

They did a great job installing my stereo in my truck. But, they did it so fast that we hadn’t even finished eating yet. And when I came back to pick up my truck, no one was around to give me my keys. I had to go into the store and go to customer service, and even after they knew why I was there, it took them quite a while to find someone who could let me in to the car area to get my keys.

The installer did a good job. The stereo looked like it came stock. He took the time to show us all of the features and make sure we were happy.

Only took around 45 minutes to get installed in 08 silverado 1500

They put this stereo in a 20 year old vehicle and it looks like it was done at the factory.

They did a great job installing a new radio in my car. It looks wonderful and works great!

The guys are great! This has been my third install with them. They always take good care of me. It did not turn out as loud as the install I did previously which surprised myself and Phil who installed it but I think my choice of Amplifier was not as good as I expected output wise. I was also missing the remote for the radio which I thought was in the box but it was not found. A slight blemish on what was an excellent job but I am not hating. Good job guys.
