Chris did a great job! Radio looks fantastic and works as expected

The Best Buy team installed a audio system that was purchased in my car. The only glitch was an unexpected weather issue on the scheduled date of service. However, the team was able to work me in the following day, even though they already had a full schedule. Once I arrived, the team fully explained the process and went to work. They complete the install quickly and even took the time to explain a few details about the audio system. Thank You so much.

Kenneth, the tech that installed my new JVC stereo in my car, did an amazing job. The stereo looks wonderful in my car. Kenneth did an amazing job and he works very fast. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional car stereo installation at a great price.

Head unit was installed by car audio geek squad. It was fast easy and cheap. I have absolutely no complaints.

They did a great job installing my stereo in my truck. But, they did it so fast that we hadn’t even finished eating yet. And when I came back to pick up my truck, no one was around to give me my keys. I had to go into the store and go to customer service, and even after they knew why I was there, it took them quite a while to find someone who could let me in to the car area to get my keys.

You can install a car stereo yourself but if you don't want the hassle of overlooking a critical step and having the new stereo perform as intended getting it installed by a professional is a good idea. I chose geek squad for install for not only convenience but they can get it done withing a 4 to 6 hours window. Smaller car audio shops tend to give you less reliable installation results and tend to give you a hassle if you need to come back for repair or warranty work.

I can always rely with Geek Squad Car installation to trouble shoot and fix the issue.

Great experience with installation of CD player. The appointment was scheduled quickly and promptly.

Replaced my old tuner that I also had installed at Best Buy. I had been told by the previous installer that my car would not allow third party receivers to be used with the key in the Accessories position unless a $100+ adapter was purchased as well. The installer this time said that was not the case and I can use my new receiver with the key in the Accessories position. Also handled the installation of the hands free microphone fro phone calls and I am very pleased with the positioning and ease of use.

Geek squad installed my new cd/BT/iPod radio. Done very well and explained/ showed me how to use everything.

Mam the guys that work in the back installed my raido in my golf were great both worked very hard to make sure that raido was working just fine also worked during their lunch time to finish the job they also call me to keep updated on the progress, Man if department was that like that it be nice.
