Having Best Buy install was convenient as I could schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. The technician was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. He called me throughout the process to keep me informed and updated on any changes that may have to be made. Installation was great. I cannot complain. Definitely recommend to others (especially the Burlington MA site).

My only concern was that I asked about larger speakers than stock and was told that was not an option. From other sources I'm told larger speakers are an option but you just have to do a little cutting to enlarge the openings. Whether Best Buy is not willing to go to that effort or it's just not an option for their installers I'm not sure. I didn't know it was even an option when I had the speakers installed.
