The team in the Geek Squad unit was outstanding. Friendly, helpful, answered my questions, and then demonstrated key elements of the new system. They even reinstalled the microphone up by the rear view mirror - which was not part of the install. Very helpful! Thank you for the great job!

Adam got us in right away, and did a beautiful job installing our new Pioneer radio.

I had a problem with my rear speakers and asked if he could find the problem when he installed my new radio. He did a good job finding it. A previous install connection that over time had broken and shorted that blew out my rear speakers. I had to buy new rear speakers but at least he found the problem and fixed it and I have a working sound system so I'm happy.

This JVC stereo does just what I need it to do. Very functional and many, many features.

I had a written price quote for the installation. Quote was signed and dated by manager. Halfway through the installation I was told that because they had to still out the rivets on my old speakers I was going to have to pay an extra 50 dollars. I was allotted 3 hours install but they charged me extra. Said they went over time allotted. Install only took 2 hours. ???? Very confused and disappointed

Installers did a fantastic job. I being able to use the bluetooth microphone and connecting my tele to the radio.

Got the car in on scheduled appointment time. Finished the install faster than anticipated. Answered all the questions I had and seemed happy to do so. Only downside is that I tried to schedule the appointment as soon as possible after Christmas and they were already booked out pretty far. However, they did call when they had an earlier appointment time open up. Great service.

I would highly recommend Best Buy for any audio or other related issue. Your money is guaranteed, if they could not solve the problem they won't charge you. I had some controls issues. I went to dealer first and they asked for $$$ to get it repaired. However I got it done at Best Buy Auto tech @ $ with guarantee.

We had a stereo installed in our Ram 2500 and the guys did an amazing job! They had to order the parts for us and went back a week later for installation. When they went to put in the stereo they told us that one of the parts was more elaborate than what we really needed and switched it to another part and saved us $80. We would have never known the difference. Good lookin’ out guys!
