The Geek Squad is great. Dylan the technologist that installed my equipment in my truck was very knowledgeable, on time and he answered all of my questions. His customer service skills were great and he was very helpful. Things did not go as plan on my first visit but it had nothing to do with the Geek Squad. I had to return once I fixed things on my end. Thank you Best Buy!

I was so impressed with the installation. Everything was installed perfectly, but that's not the best part! The installation tech also programmed the stereo for me on the preset stations I had on my old stereo! Also, he took the time to show me how to work my new stereo with my bluetooth function and he fixed my glove compartment hinge!! I don't think I've ever had such great service ever! Great customer service!! I was able to buy my stereo unit and get installation that exact same moment as soon as I paid for my equipment. It's rare to have an installation tech ready the same day/time at BB, you have to make an appointment...but they were so kind and friendly to squeeze me in right away. It took no more than 45 minutes. Will definitely come back for my Sirius installation with these guys!! Super professional!!

I love the radio and all it can do. I would not get it installed by best buy again. The person from best buy who installed it was rude, never showed me how to use the radio, didn't show me where the microphone was, he was more concerned about getting back to the food and games which were being played near by. The games were set up making it difficult to pull into the service department. I will never recommend the geek squad for installation, I will tell people to get your devices installed elsewhere.

First time purchasing a car stereo with installation services. I could have done the work on my son's new car radio but just did not have the time. We scheduled this at the time of purchase for the stereo and lead time was about one week. My son showed up a bit early and they were able to get the car in and done in about half the estimated time. They showed my son a few things after the install and he was happy and on his way.
