He went above and beyond when our appointment was canceled due to a system issue and made sure that we kept the appointment anyways. He helped my daughter pair her phone and it's beed working great

The Geek Squad rocks!

Dylan the technologist that installed my equipment in my truck was very knowledgeable, on time and he answered all of my questions. His customer service skills were great and he was very helpful. Things did not go as plan on my first visit but it had nothing to do with the Geek Squad. I had to return once I fixed things on my end. Thank you Best Buy!

Your money is guaranteed, if they could not solve the problem they won't charge you. I had some controls issues. I went to dealer first and they asked for $$$ to get it repaired. However I got it done at Best Buy Auto tech @ $ with guarantee.

He tore my car up without asking for my receipt then didn't put it back correctly on my remote start. He also didn't ask me to acknowledge or sign before working on my car.

Folsom Best Buy, best car audio installtion around

He does quality, personal work and I will not take my vehicles anywhere else but Best Buy in Folsom. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a top notch installer!

stereo and SIRIUS install

Everything was installed perfectly, but that's not the best part! The installation tech also programmed the stereo for me on the preset stations I had on my old stereo! Also, he took the time to show me how to work my new stereo with my bluetooth function and he fixed my glove compartment hinge!! I don't think I've ever had such great service ever! Thank you so much.
