I also have to say the management & service @ the Kingston, NY Best Buy, is much more knowledgeable & gives much better service, than the Middletown, NY Best Buy! The employees & management in the Middletown, NY Best Buy are just rude & full of themselves...

The best thing about Best Buy: mobile installation

That said, the combination of the supply, price, functionality and installation ease with Best Buy/Geek Squad's services made this process smooth and streamlined. The Stereo System staff at my Best Buy / Geek Squad were knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful of my consumer choices/needs. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a new stereo and installation!

They were thorough, explained all aspects of their work, the new functions of the radio, how the warranty works and the options of trouble shooting in the future works. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable. I am very please with his work and his work product.
