I have an old RV so the install was not your usual slam dunk. There was a bracket in the way that had to be modified. There are 4 speakers scattered around and the installer used a meter to ck that there were wired correctly. Turns out one of the speakers was wired out of phase from the factory so it is wonderful that he checked them all. He was quick and informative so you could not ask for more.

The installation went very smoothly and without any issues. We are very satisfied.

Had a great install of my Pioneer Avic 5201. I believe the techs name was Tim. Did a great job, the most knowledgeable installer I have came across. Have brought him up to several private installers in the 4 state area, and they even had a lot of good things to say about him. Definetly an asset to the joplin store. Very happy with my unit and the professional install job.

They made sure to explain any options available, even on the product I was purchasing to make sure it would not only meet my needs at the moment but also it the future. I actually bought another car stereo/cd/combo and had it uninstalled because I could not safely see the stations etc. This product is easy to use/program/navigate and easy to see in the light and dark. I have a Toyota Sienna and it installs at a slight angle but this stereo is still easy to read and be safe while driving.

The installer was professional and explained why he was doing certain things the way he did. Great install, it was free with the in dash receiver but it broke my heart to see him perspiring so much in the heat in the installation area. Tipped him, he was not willing to accept it, but I persuaded him.

I can't say much about this great piece of gear. Plug and play, what else can you ask?
