Had a great install of my Pioneer Avic 5201. I believe the techs name was Tim. Did a great job, the most knowledgeable installer I have came across. Have brought him up to several private installers in the 4 state area, and they even had a lot of good things to say about him. Definetly an asset to the joplin store. Very happy with my unit and the professional install job.

These guys know what they're doing. Great work. Will be returning for more work.

I actually bought another car stereo/cd/combo and had it uninstalled because I could not safely see the stations etc. This product is easy to use/program/navigate and easy to see in the light and dark. I have a Toyota Sienna and it installs at a slight angle but this stereo is still easy to read and be safe while driving.

I am so impressed that Best Buy installs car stereos. They not only installed it but showed me how to use my new stereo and gave me a phone number to call if I had any trouble.

The deck was installed within a short time and they also showed me how it worked.

The gentleman that did my car stereo installation was an absolute pleasure to work with. I went in about two weeks before Christmas and he got me into his very busy schedule the following week. Addressed my questions and concerns regarding the installation. He was very pleasant and knowlegdeable! Will be do the rest of my stereo upgrade through them in the near future. Highly recommended!

The Pioneer CD player is great and the service was also excellent. Very thorough and informative.

I just wanted someone else to install the stereo in my car. And that was all I expected the Geek Squader to do. Instead, after the install, I was given a demonstration of the new equipment, was offered help pairing my phone, and was repeatedly assured about the quality of the work. I couldn't be happier with the service. Not to mention that the install price was more than fair.

The installation was very quick. I was expecting to wait an hour and it took no more than 40 minutes.

Outstanding technicians, super supportive, and fast! I had a radio head unit replaced with the audio department. I was super impressed with the tech's and the staff. I thought i had done my research, they identified obstacles i was not prepared for and corrected them before they became and issue!

I have never had such GREAT customer service like with Carlos @ Tennasborne Best Buy. He called before installation to ensure I had the correct system for my vehicle. Kept me in the loop regarding my order because it was delayed. Nevertheless, took less than an hour to do the install along with a quick tutorial of the system.
