The technician went the extra mile. I had antenna issues that he tried his best to resolve. There was a problem with the steering wheel control and replaced it with a new one.

They did a great job of installation and works great.

Al at the Montclair, Calif, store did a great job installing a factory replacement head unit and 6 Kicker speakers. The new system sounds awesome! He showed me the work that was done and even gave back the (lousy) factory speakers that didn't even have cone tweeters! Thank you, Al!

Geek squad was super helpful in process from purchase to installation. They explained everything and was extremely sensitive to my budget. I also did not fully understand what was needed to replace my sons radio in his car and they walked us through it. And gave us alternative solutions when satellite radio installation was outside the budget.

Frank (the installation manager) has done most of our radio installs over the last few years. He is honest and will tell you what he thinks will work best in our car. More than once, after I bought a pair of speakers at Best Buy, Frank told me either the speakers didn't sound 'right' and he installed a different pair. Frank is very knowledgeable about the products Best Buy sells and the cars we have brought in over the years.

I've installed car stereos before, with the help of my Husband, so I debated if I should install my new stereo myself. But, I decided to have Best Buy do it, and I'm so glad I did. The installation took less than two hours and the tech, made sure I understand how to use the unit when I was done. It was well worth the price to skip the aggravation trying to install it myself would have been.

The tech was quick and helpful. Had me in and out for installation in about an hour.

The installer was professional and explained why he was doing certain things the way he did. Great install, it was free with the in dash receiver but it broke my heart to see him perspiring so much in the heat in the installation area. Tipped him, he was not willing to accept it, but I persuaded him.

I have never seen someone who was so kind, and literally had worked out the puzzle of installing this system into my car. He literally had to create NEW dongle from the scratch to make it work. I did NOT think we still had someone who really step up to the challenge like this person did! I only wish I could remember his name. He works at the Fair Lakes store. REALLY a go to it guy! Thanks
