I went early in the morning with an appointment in hand. I drove to the Florida Mall to have a Bluetooth Car radio device installed into Nissan Sentra 2012. The radio synced great with my Apple 6s phone. It has a beautiful sound. I can changed to Pandora, IheartRadio, Apple tunes, and just loved that I went to Best Buy to have it installed. Painless and Stress free.

I am very happy with the service I received at Best Buy. The installer went above and beyond to meet my needs to get a stereo in my rig at a time I was available. He had to verify continuity of each wire because factory harness had been cut out of my truck. Thank you Best Buy for hiring such great employees! I will be back for my future needs.

The installer did an amazing job. He was professional, personable and made sure that the experience was exceptional. He took the time to show me how the system worked and how to navigate it. The installation was quick but thorough.

My install technician, Johnson, was very professional, polite, and accommodating. I had my two young kids with me, but that was no problem, and I was even able to clean out my car without us being in each other's way. However, due to a snafu with my parts order, I did almost pay twice for one of the parts. Luckily, a manager was on hand to clear up the confusion. I recommend having a receipt available any time you pick up parts like this.

My installation technician was AWESOME! He and I discussed the install in my 1992 Jeep Wrangler and came to agreement on best course of action for all items (included amp). I couldn't have been happier with Alex's professionalism and he deserves Employee of the Month consideration. I hope my review helps him in his Best Buy Geek Squad (car audio) department position.

I was uncomfortable installing my new JVC car stereo myself. I was happy to pay Best Buy to do it. What I did not bank on was the additional service and advice that resulted. The tech who installed the radio pointed out that a smaller size would work better, and he returned the one I purchased and got me the one he recommended. He was right, and I have been very pleased with the job he did. I HIGHLY recommend Best Buy installation service.

I was so impressed by Marc and his ability to think on his feet. There were a few things missing from inventory that I had expected to be in stock, this halting my new radio installation. Marc was quick to help and find solutions to these problems and managed to do so with kindness and diligence. Great guy, great work, great store.
