They did a really good job installing everything and making sure everything was working properly they were also very helpful In explaining how to set up worked. Even when I had shoes and brought it back they were quick and they fixed it and it was even better.

The installer for some reason did not have my car on his list even though I made the appointment weeks earlier. He got it right in however and did a great job!

The guy done a great job putting it in installing the stereo but my heater doesn't work

Agent professionally mounted our Pioneer head unit and front Rockford Fosgate speakers. Sounds great. Did not have time to mount rear speakers but agent made another appointment and will be getting those installed next week. Professional job, very satisfied. :)

Dustin sold us the stereo and performed the installation. He made sure we were well informed about what in-dash stereo we were buying, accurately estimated the cost of all items involved, and performed the installation to perfection. He also gave my wife a tutorial on the operation of the stereo before she left. Overall, this was an excellent experience.

Although everything is working, I was charged for services/items I should not have been charged for, was never discussed prior to service. In addition, the techs failed to instruct me on how to operate new system. Genevieve (? Manager) did infancy agree with me and corrected the problems!

It got the radio working it works just fine it gets the job done

This radio has a lot of features for the price. It has the same or more of the features of higher priced decks.

This was needed for the instalation of the stereo I bought. It makes it look like it was factory installed.

The installers were courteous and informative. The installation shop was neat and clean. The installation went as explained within the timeframe that was estimated. This was installed out of state, but Best Buy allows you to return to any nationwide Best Buy if needed. I will probably always use them in the future if any car radio issues come up for me.

Working as advertised - no problems noted. This is was a very good buy!

Made an appointment for the weekend after I bought the equipment (front speakers, rear speakers, head unit & install kit). Kept it in a timely fashion. The installer, Noah, was friendly and let me know whenever he moved on to another stage or part. Probably could have done it myself, but this was certainly easier on me!
