Best Buy did an awesome job with installation of my car stereo!

Fast, friendly professional service always do what they say. They’re gonna do. It’s awesome.

Over & over again, and this was no exception I have received the best service from the AUTO GEEK SQUAD at Best Buy. New stereo put in by family member had issues, Michea figured out the problem, and repaired in less than an hour. Price was even really reasonable & worth the time. Should have come to him first.

They installed in less time than was stated and so far no issues.

The install was quick and the guy was great, but their was a wire hanging down under the steering column.

This experience was very frustrating as our original install time was cancelled without even getting called. There was only one installer working at the location we went to and when he wasn't available they just cancelled. Then when we finally got a reschedule, the mic was put in such an awful space, you can hardly hear the driver.

I love the stereo, the blue tooth feature and most of all the quality of the service duing installation! The person instaling the system helped us to connect the bluetooth to our phone AND then went over all of the other features of the stereo as he laughed at our jokes and was patient during our questions! Cannot say enough good about the quality of service during this purchasing experience!

The install was perfect and fast and didn't have any problems

I was told it would take an hour. It took 2 hours. But everything works, and that's what matters the most.

So the installation was done well, but accidentally broke my arm rest. They did take care of this as soon as I brought it to their attention. The stereo would periodically reset itself, which meant loosing all my presets and blue-tooth connectivity to my phone. Fortunately the blue-tooth is a quick fix. Have not had the same problem since replacing my alternator, so may not have been a manufacturer/installer matter.

Had CD player installed in my boat. Geek squad did an excellent job.

Install was done in a timely manner, only a few minutes later than expected. Everything still looks good.

Great product. Perfect for my car. Set up was amazing. So professional.
