I've had 6 installs done by the geek squad and they've always been great to work with. This install was in my Fiat 500 and caused some problems with the ECM. The installer spent hours researching the problem and found a firmware downgrade to make the system work with the ECM in my vehicle. They went above and beyond to make this install satisfactory.

We had to reschedule the stereo installation for our truck a couple of times and finally had a time at the Mansfield Best Buy location. The installation was so quick and easy and the guy who installed it was so friendly and efficient! We couldn't have asked for a better experience or better customer service!

Geek squad fulfilled their promise by scheduling a second appointment after the first installer was not very helpful in explaining the car audio stereo. The second installer, Cameron, was the greatest.

I called an hour before going to the store and talked to a technician. He said 'come over, we will install it for you'. It was done quickly. No waiting. After installation one of the other technician showed me the controls,, basically how to use the CD receiver. That is very nice. Explained about warranty. Told me what the Geek squad would do if there is a problem.

Best Buy offered free installation for car radio. They were booked for a couple of weeks and my son was so anxious, he got help and installed it after buying a few other things needed from Best Buy. He's very pleased with it and their offer of free installation was a big thing on deciding to buy the radio.

My mechanic kept giving me the brush off when I wanted my radio installed and he said it would be another three weeks. I called Best Buy and not only were they super polite and easy to deal with but they were willing to install a radio I did not buy there (some stores don't) for a small fee. They also helped me find an alarm system that I like and installed that at the same time.

Install of car stereo went well - quick and efficient. Works great!

The installation Bay staff were extremely professional and very fast. Someting didn't fit quite right and the guys took it upon themselves to make an adjustment so that it fit right. Second unit I've had installed (2 different vehicles) and would recommend best buy in a heartbeat. They also warranty their services so peace of mind is not a question.

Once again, Best Buy's installers did an outstanding job putting a new head unit in my wife's CR-V. This the third vehicle we've upgraded with Best Buy during the past year. Excellent quality and service every time!
