Knowing very little about getting a new car stereo made the whole thing a learning experience for me. The help I received along the way, from the salesperson who gathered everything I would need to the EXCELLENT technician who did the install it was an easy experience all the way around. I would easily recommend this to others.

The installer was timely, respectful and knowledgeable! He installed this stereo in great time and explained how to use it so I could use its functions and all within the time frame of my appointment. He did an Excellent job! Thank You for such a reliable installer!

Started on time, finished quickly. Installed a JVC CD/USB/FM stereo that I bought elsewhere. No problem, they said. When finished, it looked perfect. Sounds great, no issues. Best Buy has been doing this for a long time - don't hesitate to let them install something for you. Saved me time, and that was important to me.

Our installer at Burlington store was great. He had it installed quicker than he estimated and went above to help us connect multiple phones, one of which was goving him a hard time. He figured it out and had us out of there quickly.

Dallas is excellent & have trusted him several times with different installs . He even went out to the floor with us to compare products & gave us very useful info. When we picked the truck up the install team even came out to show my son how to navigate through the radio/CD player, saving him time & frustration !!

The deck was installed flawlessly there were no spots that looked bad.

I had a car stereo/CD player which I bought back in 2001 at Best Buy and I wanted to have it installed in my current vehicle. It was easy to schedule the appointment and the installation was done quickly and at my convenience. The technicians were professional and friendly. And the stereo still sounds great!

Paid to have in-dash stereo installed. Best Buy Install Staff actually called me on my cell phone since I had to have another family member take car during the day. The staff member recommended a different in-dash unit after asking questions about purpose of bought unit. Recommended unit works great and is more user-friendly.

I love this stereo. So tired of trying to use those radio devices to hear my Itunes play.

Elvis did an excellent job installing my stereo in my 1995 Corvette. There was a slight delay, but he made sure to call me and let me know. I will definitely make sure to ask for him the next time I need something for my car.

Great stereo and installation was very painless. The only concern I had is there were modules I could have bought to use the radio from the steering wheel controls. I was not notified I needed it until the installation guy mentioned it to me. I didn't go with it. Outside of that, great service....easy and fast .

The CAR Audio Tech's know how to make any new system / radio / audio kit work in any car, regardless of age (of the car). They set it up, demo and explain it, Bluetooth connect your phones if you'd like, and answer any questions you have then or later - Tremendous Service and After-the-Sale Service & Help; highly RECOMMEND !!

Installation of the radio was quick and met my expedition.

The installation was quick and professonal. The Employee taking care of me did a great job! I got there early, and they worked me in, Very much appreciated, as I had to drive quite a ways, as the BB close to my house no longer does installations.

I had Best Buy install a great stereo in a junky car last year. This year, I got a new junky car and they took the great stereo out of the old car for free and did a quick and easy job putting it into the new car and hooking it up to my steering wheel controls! I got an appointment within a week and the install was done in less than an hour.

I purchased a car radio and had already bought one but they let me change my mind and purchase another. I was glad they helped me with this purchase. I am now changing my home store from the Rainbow store to the Decatur store the employees are nicer there

Best Buy scheduled installation on Sunday 5PM and it was on time. Quality of installation was good, got basic instruction how to use the CP player, radio, bluetooth pairing, etc. The installer did a great job, very polite and friendly. Although initial sound performance was a bit disappointing. After adjsuting to my taste, it sound very good. Thanks Best Buy.
