Had this unit installed in two hours, great service

Agent installed radio and install kit plus antennae. They all work together. Free install, but installer broke part of dashboard. Best Buy is replacing broken dashboard piece free, but hasn’t done it yet. Install was supposed to be an hour and a half, but ended up being 3 hours.

My husband loves his Christmas gift. Sounds great!! The installer is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Good installation and friendly installer, plus a thorough orientation on the new radio. The appointment was kept within 10 minutes of scheduled time and installation was almost exactly timed as estimated. It was cold in the waiting area since they wouldn't allow the door to be closed...

The installation techs were very careful with my vehicle during the installation process and even looked at my car after the installation due to a problem I had with my gas gauge not working correctly. they were very professional and respectful.

The guys are a bundle of joy to work with. You may have to wait a while and trying to call back the guys is virtually impossible because they simply are too busy to answer the phone; but when things do click and you are all coordinated, they are a pleasure to work with!

I searched for the best price on an install of my head unit and Best Buy had me covered. They did a great job for a good price and the work is under warranty. If I ever have any issues, I can come back to Best Buy and they will help. Next time I want to do any car audio updates, I will go to Best Buy!

Geek squad was so helpful and nice, great customer service. I recently bought a radio from Best Buy that I wasn’t too fond of and they were more than happy to take that one out and reinstall the one I liked better, even exchange and all. I was very satisfied with their service

The radio was purchased open box in December of 2017. But we never touched it before we finally got Geek Squad to install in August 2019. The technician says the radio does not work quite as expected out of the box. But there is nothing he can do about it. The radio screen goes off blank and has to be reactivated by pressing a button.

After reading many awful reviews about install, I was nervous about using Geek Squad to install my car stereo. I took the plunge and am so glad I did. The whole process was easy and painless. The installers were very professional. I would use their service again.

It took a few times....but it seems that the radio amp and speakers are all working fairly well . It was a long wait due mainly to covid and my work schedule. Although when I did have an issue I went to store director and it was resolved.

The Rep Pat was the best, not only did he do a fantastic job of installing my new radio, he also helped me in deciding which one. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable about all the products.I truly believe that is the only reason I decided to make my purchase at Best Buy and not shop anywhere else.
