Was an excellent service from the moment we arrived with the vehicle. It was a prompt service.

Matt in Seekonk installed 2 stereo systems and speakers for me in 2 different cars. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and even cleaned up my cars when he was done. Best Buy price for installation was a great value and I was impressed with the final outcome.

This wasn't the first install I've had done on a vehicle and it will not be the last, as long as the same guys are working there. They know what they're doing and they are very effective at what they do also, they finish their installs in a fairly short period of time.

Received a new Bluetooth Pioneer receiver for my vehicle as a gift. My wife paid for the installation when she purchased the receiver. I had a great experience with the installer at my local Best Buy. He was professional and was very careful with my vehicle. He also paired my phone with the receiver and showed me how to program it.

Recently had my stereo installed at Best Buy. I bought it there and did not want to deal with the aggravation of installing it myself. The tech was friendly, professional and I have no gripes at all. I will likely have him install new speakers in the near future.

Although I was tempted to install the new car stereo myself, I went ahead and let the Best Buy technician do it. Great decision. He was fast, professional, courteous, and all-around excellent. Took about an hour, and then afterwards, he took the time to sit in the vehicle with me to run me through its features.

I told him " if this was undercover boss you would have received a huge bonus!! I want to say his name was Alex but I don't remember.

The installer saved me from buying the wrong radio and went over and above in service after other associates made mistakes (honest mistakes) that cost me time lost and would have cost me much more than I needed to spend! Experience and courtesy makes all the difference!
