I have an 85 Corvette with a great sounding Alpine disk player and system with sub and amp witch sounds great but I wanted to have the option to plug in my I pods and blue tooth ect. My existing unit is 20 plus years old and those options did not exist back then. I talked to the installer explained what I had and what I wanted he assured me no problem set up appointment and installed a pioneer works great sounds same as the Alpine great job n the install

Tech's were very polite and easy to work with and helped guide our Winnebago RV into the bay to have the stereo installed. They installed the stereo in record time and did a great job. Explained the extra costs which were very reasonable and the stereo looks great in our E450 Ford Cab.

Great, solid quality work, time-efficient, and done right. No worries about it all, speakers work like a charm. I can't tell you how much I like the feeling of knowing that my installation will be done right and I don't have to worry about it during and after. That`s what you get when working with a Pro.

Install was done before promised time and looks great. Also took the time to set up bluetooth.

I had my radio deck installed through their service installer at the store. He was ready to instal, and was finished in about half an hour ! He did an excellent job at changing out my old radio. You'd never know it was larger in size than this one. He was also very courteous and patient in showing me how the system works. Offered his services, if there were any future needs concerning this. Excellent job !!!!

They were able to install the new deck in our son's truck within and hour. The results were top notch

The guys who installed the original deck in December did an excellent job. Had issues with that car stereo so the techs resolved the issue by exchanging the defective deck for a new, nicer stereo and installed the new one as quickly and as timely as possible. They guys at the Deptford store are always amazing!

I had a Sony double din installed and unfortunately Best Buy no longer carries the installation kit for my year make and model. I had to order it online but the installer did a great job making the interior look a lot better than it did. He even preset the time, hooked up the Bluetooth to my phone and synced the brightness with my headlights. Super happy customer.

The whole experience of getting my radio installed was terrific. I appreciate the efforts of the gentleman associate that helped me, he was true professional and knew exactly what to do. He fixed my stereo up to the car in no time, 48 mins to be exact. He told me it would take at least 45 minutes. Very impressed with his ability and work and what he did for me and my car stereo! The stereo is working great and functioning exactly how it should. Once again I would like to thank Best Buy and their awesome associates for helping me and providing a great service on time and well done, thank you very much!

Had the guys at Best Buy install a new stereo and 4 speakers. The work was excellently done and didn't take to long. Ben and Greg made the whole experience a pleasure. I did have some issues with the original head unit and they took care of it quickly. Because of them I have decided to do more upgrades to my sound system. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Adam did a great job. The installation was done neatly, quickly and professionally. He showed me all the basics of how to operate it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was done at the store on Peidmont Rd. Atlanta. I mention this because the original purchase was made at the Snellville Store, and the Geek Squad man I spoke to there did not know what he was talking about.

I had my speaker stereo installed with Geek Squad, and it was an amazing experience. First, the installation was affordable. I had already had the stereo and just needed someone to install it. I had searched for places to have my stereo installed, and the cheapest was $160 (not including the parts I needed to buy). I had heard Best Buy did installations and so I looked into, and mine was around $110, with parts included! The person who did my installation was soooo nice and made sure everything was up to par, I think his name was Nathaniel! They know what they are doing, and they do it efficiently, great service and affordable. 1000000% recommend!

Very easy and professional installation. I gave the technician all of the equipment and it was done in about 45 minutes. Very professional installation with absolutely no damage or indication of any problems. They even installed the bluetooth microphone at no added cost. I called around and the pricing was pretty competitive with the other shops in my area. Reliable and professional service you can expect from Best Buy.

Was told it would take 2 hours, ended up being done in 1 hour and 15 Mins. When I got back to pick up my car, Jeremy explained everything to me and how it worked. He gave me a quick run through of the radio's features and was very helpful. The install was quick and professional. Other than the new equipment, you can't even tell he was in there. Very happy with everything!

The member who helped me was awesome. He was able to squeeze me in during that latter part of the day, and got the job done in the promised time frame. Quality of work was outstanding and he took the time to go over the features of my new stereo in detail. I've had this for a little more than a month and I'm so pleased with everything. Stereo looks like in could have come from the factory this way.

Great Replacement Radio for my Jeep & Excellent Installation by the Best Buy Technician. I really enjoy the automatic Bluetooth phone feature. The Radio connects with my cell phone and the free cell phone App opens automatically, as soon as I enter my vehicle. It displays that it's connected to my phone, and also displays the clock...even when the radio is off!

The agent who installed my car stereo was very thorough, friendly, and answered all of my questions. He was on time, in fact, he was taking over for another employee who abruptly quit the day before, which was the original date and time for my installation appointment. He told me to come back the next day at the same time, so I did. When I arrived, the agent who was there that day wasn't aware of my appointment the previous day or that it had been moved to the day I was there! But, he took my appointment on the spot and did the installation right then and there. He was very good and took great steps to rectify the previous day's situation and I was very satisfied.

I have very little negative to sat about this Pioneer BT audio radio/deck. First, using the adapter kits required, it fits and appears a sleak as original equipment, works well for bluetooth tel calls (which is the primary reason I made the purchase. Side benefits are using BT for listening to music and books on my iPhone, plus good radio reception. Only negatives: there is a learning curve to setting radio presets and rarely, but occasionally the BT does not connect automatically.
