The tech installed my radio in a timely manner. Was polite and knowledgeable. He made a small mistake when plugging other cords back into my dashboard which was rapidly rectified immediately. Great experience

My installer, John, is incredibly knowledgeable about all the car audio options & was very helpful in guiding me through the various choices. The installation was fast and he did a great job doing a review of the new equipment. I was set when I rolled out of the installation bay.

The service and reliability from service department at Best Buy, Tulsa OK 71st street is beyond belief, these guys make it happen and make it happen as you wish! 10 stars for the service from start in store until they backed the truck out of the shop, EXCELLENT!!!!!!! BRAVO!

The guy that installed my car stereo was a pro. He guided me to a better product that was reasonably price, finished the install in 45 minutes, showed me how it worked and I was good to go. I'd definitely drive 50 miles out of my way to work with this guy.

The install of my son's radio was seamless and very professional. It took less time then we expected which was nice also. Appointment request was simple and fast, having the online scheduler was great. The only thing was we did not have the correct mounting harness which cost us a few extra bucks, but that was not a big deal.

NEGATIVE... Disappointing to pay for the product, then WAIT almost 3 Weeks for an Installation Appointment. POSITIVE... They were on time and waiting for me. The GEEKS were PROFESSIONAL... The install was completed in less than an hour... They Linked my Cell Phone to the Radio and demonstrated/tested every function. NO ISSUES... No Worries...

This Kenwood system (CD - Built-In Bluetooth - Apple® iPod®- and Satellite Radio-Ready) is awesome! The sound quality is so much better than I excepted, and I love the way it looks. Excellent features and good bang for the buck. Love the built in USB charger/connector with easy access on the dash

It sounds great my only hangup is bluetooth is slow to connect

I purchased a car radio and they install it. They were very respectful and picked up their mess. They even let me look a couple of times as I never seen it being done and was curious. Nice and friendly workers. They answered all my questions.

Great customer service and ease of installation. Wish I would have came to them sooner as it would have saved me several hours of trying to figure it out myself. Would definitely recommend if you are needing something installed.

they installed a Sony Bluetooth radio CD player in a Volkswagen 2005 beetle they did it on time or friendly professional and all the wiring and products together looks great sounds great I would highly recommend them for all your stereo installation needs.

Purchased the radio a couple of years ago for my pickup truck. Totaled the truck in a snow storm. When we came to rest the radio was still playing. Removed the radio and took it to Best Buy and they reinstalled it in my Honda Civic. Great service and the radio really enhanced the quality of sound coming out of the stock speakers.

The Squad were really friendly and they did a nice job for installing my new radio! They also didn’t mind that the installation fee was $60 when it was supposed to be $100, so I ended up saving more money.

They were honest, I thought I needed a new radio so I ordered one from best buy on line and were going to have them install it. They told me it was the speaker's so I had speakers installed not everything is loud and clear !

My car radio was a tad bit prehistoric my car had no vibration to it but once the guy at geek squad did the installation my 98 camry had a different essence to it my vehicle had more life to it in fact it feels like a newer car ever since thanks geek squad two thumbs up

I had a new radio and all the speakers replaced in my 06’ Mini Cooper s. The tech did a great job and had my car ready in exactly 7 hours. I’m taking my truck in a few weeks to have the entire stereo system replaced and a remote stater put in. I went to the York pa best buy.
