Technician was great to work with. Was able to schedule my install quickly. Even with the issues he encountered it was installed quickly. I purchased a Kenwood deck. When the tech had issues getting Bluetooth to pair with iPhone 4 he suggested a Pioneer deck with the same functionality and assisted with the exchange.

both of the install techs were very thorough, knowledgeable and nice. they seemed to do the install in no time - as if by magic - i couldn't tell that anything had been taken apart and put back together. they also placed all of the old components in the new components boxes - it was great.

The Greek Squad installer was fast enough for me. No problems. Wished I had asked him about the blue tooth setup but I just read the owners manual. The colored lights and dim options where a bit over board but meh. It came with the product. Let Greek Squad install the radio for you.

Had an appointment to do my nephews radio install and they we're very late taking us If it we're up to me i would have left But it was his first car and you could imagine his excitement so i stuck it out They did a great job and he was very happy so it was worth the wait

Technician installed my new receiver quickly and with no problems. He also showed me how to pair up my iPhone and run through a few of the main features. I had the receiver installed in a 2005 Ford Escape. I was very pleased with the service.

the geek squad did a fantastic job on my pioneer stereo clean fit and the unit sounds great have allways bought pioneer head units and the value is all ways the best along withe features and power amp

I have never had a bad experience with a Geek Squad member. A female squad member installed my after-market radio in my Florida car, and a male installed my after-market radio in my St. Louis car. Both were friendly, efficient, and informative.

Product was nice and just as decribed online, but I spoke with three associates in the store and they did not have answers to my questions and one of them even told me she did not know and did not even have cable on her tv at home. She advised me to go ask someone in another department. I was surprised these people were even employed in an electrinics store.
