Installer was right on schedule with the installation. Left my car clean, and made sure the old parts were packed so I could take them with me in a neat package. He answered all questions about the radio, and was very helpful.

I purchased a radio for my wife's car as a Christmas present and decided to go with Best Buy for the installation. From coming into the store to set up the appointment to the actual install itself I was extremely satisfied with both the Best Buy staff and the quality of the work that was done.

I purchased the Best Buy installation for my wife's new JVC car stereo receiver as well as the Kicker speakers. The crew was very professional, and had the entire job done sooner than the time estimated. I will definitely use their services again.

I was a bit skeptical of Geek Squad doing the installation but they were very professional and offered additional assistance explaining the features of my car audio unit.If I do anymore upgrading in the future I would use them again

Geek squad installed my car stereo fast and was very courteous answered all questions that I had,work done was excellent as always,4th time I have used him on my vehicles and would recommend him to everyone I know.

Was able to verify if my vehicle has amp built inside. Advised me of items to but beforehand, to install stereo. All installed in time time they gave me. Professional job!

The guy at Best Buy did a great job on the installation if the stereo. It only took about 40 minutes. Cleaned out car and he explained everything. Since it was free install and was right there at the store it was very easy. Thanks

The stereo works perfectly and my son is very happy! We purchased a used car for him recently with a very sub par radio. We purchased a car stereo at Best Buy as a Christmas gift along with the install kit and all worked like a charm. Excellent work by Joshua on the install.

The inataller Jonathan was very friendly. He helped me to choose product by explaining different features and options. All he did was excellent. Experience with him will encourage me to buy more from Best Buy. Thank a lot Besy Buy having great helping staff.

Paid for the installation of a Pioneer radio in my 2004 Sport Trac. The installation was done on time and included routing the microphone wire through the door pillar and attaching the microphone at the top of the windshield. Couldn't ask for a better installation!

He was quick and explained things pretty well. The only fault I could find was the microphone that comes with it. It also has a hands free cell phone feature. I kinda freaked out the next morning when I spotted the microphone, thinking someone was wiretapping the car.

I brought in a sfter market stereo and they took the time to do a really clean install. They made sure everything worked correctly and learned the basic unit controls and taught me how to use it. I was very pleased.

They installed my car stereo system for free and came home and installed my tv too for less than if I didn't have geek squad but this was not powerful enough coz it couldn't support a 2200 sub

The agent mounted my radio quickly and efficiently and demonstrated professionalism in showing me how it worked.

I was going to go with a cheaper radio but then the employee told me about a sale they had it you bought a radio that was $120 or more the installation would be free. That made me re think what I would realy preferred to get. So I ended up going with this one.

I had a stereo and speaker system installed and Gabe did a fanatastic job. Totally professional and the install is beautiful, totally looks Factory. This is the second time I’ve used Best Buy and Gabe has done an excellent job every time.
