Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the graphics, story, powers, gameplay, open world, controls, voice acting, and action sequences in inFAMOUS Second Son. Many found the story engaging and the visuals stunning, while others enjoyed the smooth controls and exciting powers. However, customers are negative about the repetitive nature of some side missions and the game's overall ease of difficulty for some players. A shorter-than-expected playtime was also a point of contention for some.

Nice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive always like the infamous series, & though i miss the original character this new guy eventually grows on you. The graphics are nice and system flows well but My only gripe is, I wish they could have had it all run in 60fps, just saying this is PS4!? Not 3. Besides that enjoy!

Awesome!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of the best looking PS4 games yet! The gameplay was awesome and I enjoyed all of the different powers! Almost as good as the first Infamous and much better than Infamous 2 in my opinion! I think Delson was a much better and developed character

Fantastic Graphics!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the first game I have played on my ps4 that really feels different. Developers are starting to use this new powerhouse gaming system. Graphics are really great and gameplay is very fun! Do yourself a favor and try this game, you won't regret it.

Good franchise reboot/sequel
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having played the original Infamous games on the PS3, Second Son was actually the reason why I bought the PS4. It is a good game with amazing and beautiful graphics, but the story seems to fall short at times. I did however, played it twice, so the replay factor is obviously there.

Great realistic game And characters
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the sandbox city, the graphics and the actions that you do to be evil or good. If I'm not doing the main story line, I can be exploring Seattle or riding the train to get away from my enemies. The powers you get and the new abilities you can add from collecting shards. The abilities are effected from what side you choose. Like how you can do a double jump or passing through your enemy and surprising them. This is a great game for beginning gamers.

Definitely Next Gen
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want to see next gen graphics this is the game. The effects are jaw dropping and you will gaze in amazement at the detail and color. The powers are ridiculously awesome looking and fun to use. Personally I had more fun with Infamous 2 but that is a tough one to beat overall. Sucker Punch put some love into this game and you can tell. I just felt Seattle wasn't as lively as New Marais. Lots of flash for sure but just short on substance. I would recommend this game at $45 or below. You will see an early showcase of the power of the PS4. This game is a must have title and a great addition to your early PS4 library.

Great game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loved this game. You can play through as good or evil. Earn trophies depending on which side you choose. You'd have to play through twice, once good and once evil, to earn all the trophies available. Overall a great game with a good story line.

Great game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great game that shows off what the PS4 is capable of. The game has great graphics and the motion capture worked greatly. Blasting around with superpowers is awesome although the game does not have much open world activities. Either way highly recommend!

Amazing looking game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great game that actually takes advantage of nex gen consoles. There is so much to do you won't get bored for some time. The only downside is there is so much to do it is easy to get distracted and not move the main story along.

Sucker Punch Does It Again
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a huge fan of the inFAMOUS franchise. I usually grow tired of these open-world type of games. inFAMOUS was a pleasant surprise when it first arrived on the PS3, being that I didn't quit on it half-way through. I finished it, including the majority of side missions, extras, ect. The second game in the series offered more of the same, which was fine by me. But hearing that another inFAMOUS game was set to release on the PS4, I grew concerned that they were just milking it for all it was worth, and that the game would feel stale as more and more sequels release along the way. I couldn't have been more wrong. I didn't only enjoy inFAMOUS. It has, up to this point, become my favorite next-gen game (let's not count upgrades such as The Last of Us and Tomb Raider). The game is absolutely gorgeous. It runs smoothly, with very little load times, if at all. But the best part is the gameplay. They took what made the first two games so great, kept that formula, then added so much to it as to make it feel new and exciting rather than 'just another inFAMOUS game.' If you've played inFAMOUS on the PS3, chances are you've already played Second Son at this point. If you haven't, you absolutely need to. If you haven't been introduced to the series before, be it not owning a PS3 or just not getting around to giving it a chance, this is the perfect opportunity to be introduced to the series. There's no need to play the first two games, as this one has a completely different story. If this is any indication, it's a great look at what the PS4 will have to offer in the future in terms of exclusives.

Good game, but not as good as the original.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game is pretty good. Good action, graphics, and play. It is a bit easy except for the final battle, even on the tougher settings. But overall, a good game.

Awesome!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Infamous Second Son is everything I was hoping for. It has the spirit and basic gameplay from the first two games, but on the PS4 the visuals are much improved. There's plenty of character development as well, and the voice acting is very good. The only thing I wish was different is that I'd like to be able to switch to the different power types at will instead of needing to recharge using the power source you want to use in order to make the switch. Other than that, I'm having a blast playing through the campaign. Highly recommended!

Good game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game is definitely a worthy successor to other Infamous titles, however it is also much shorter than 1 or 2. The protagonist is interesting, though definitely immature compared to Cole from 1 & 2.

Fun game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A very fun game that can only be played on the PS4. I have not played any of the other Infamous games so I cannot compare this to them, but from this game alone I cannot complain about it. Not sure how much replay this will have once I beat it though.

Great game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the best of the far and few exclusives for the PS4 console, the storyline, voice acting and graphics really meet next gen expectations - however - personally I found the game to get quite repetitive after the first few hours into the game. You'll find a lot of the exact same missions leading up to unravel the story line. The graffiti are fun and all sort of unique in their own way, but still you'll find yourself after the 40th time saying "... Oh yay, another one." I'll give the game a 4 out of 5 stars. Overall it really is a gem and a step into the world of PS4.

Best game on the PS4 bar none
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You play as Delfin Rowe, a hidden conduit who discovers his ability to absorb powers from other conduits. This provides an excellent base for an exciting story, with loveable characters, and outstanding performance capture. Game is an absolute blast to just run around like a superhero or a super villain, however the story missions are exceedingly compelling. Best game graphically, from a story standpoint, and gameplay wise on the PS4. An absolute must buy of a game for any PS4 owner. Congratulations Suckered Punch!

fun, sandbox superhero game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Second Son is an entertaining, open world, sandbox superhero game. You are Delsin Rowe, a conduit, in a make believe Seattle,Wa. The controls are smooth and you'll be getting around the city with ease in no time. The graphics really show off the PS4's muscle, it's a gorgeous game to play. Storyline was so-so, but decent enough to keep me engaged until I completed the game. Good game to add to your collection. Even if you do not enjoy sandbox games I would still buy this. Just wait until it's $19.99. It's that fun!

I cant wait for more of the series.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Infamous was never on my radar until first light entered the ps plus game collection. After playing first light I picked up second sun and I'm glad I did. It's a visually great looking game also very challenging, I can't wait for the next one.
