I saw her on David Letterman's Late Show SEVEN YEARS AGO and never forgot her. couldn't find her CD's in stores, and just happened to notice an article in our local newspaper about her show here, two days later. I knew I had to be there. She and her one-man-band accompanist Alex Wong (CD co-producer) put on an incredible show. My wife was reluctant to go, since she wasn't familiar with any of her music, but she even commented to VT that she really enjoyed the show. CHECK OUT HER VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE. My headline is a quote from another review I found on a website. It's not rock and roll, per se, but I really like it. I bought this CD after the show and have listened to it probably at least FIFTY times since ( in 2 weeks). I even wanted to go to her show the next weekend in Kansas, but my wife wasn't up to the trip, at the time. I plan on purchasing her other albums and seeing her again whenever she may be in my region of the country again.
