    This jack was a quick, easy and inexpensive way to be able to listen to my record player, DVD or TV without having to plug and unplug headphones from the back of the units. Thank you Best Buy for helping me to find this solution!!!

    Perhaps not much can be said about such a simple piece of equipment, but this does work as it should. High end stereos as well as professional audio equipment often have 1/4" outputs, and so your regular 1/8" connectors won't work without one of these. Just make sure you do, in fact, want a stereo connector, not mono, and be sure to check the ohms (impedance) of your source and your headphones.
