This unit was very easy to set up, with the connections that came with it. It cleans my clothes quite well, and has a surprising amount of power for a smaller unit. I bought this washer because I don’t like taking my clothes to a public laundromat. That said, you will still need to do so for billy loads, but I don’t count that as a negative, being that you know you’re buying a smaller washer. Definitely recommend to anyone living in an apartment where normal laundry hookups aren’t available to you. I also want to say that the men that brought it out to me at the curbside were very helpful. Great customer service.

Works well, clothes come out nice and clean. It is easy to move around. The set up was easy and came with everything needed for hookup. You can do a decent size load. The only setback was it had a dent when we received it. Best Buy service department helped rectify the issues.

I didn't realize how big it was until it arrived but definitely glad I made that "mistake". I live in a small one bed room apartment. It's big enough to where it holds a good amount of clothes but small enough to where it's a perfect fit and doesn't take up much room. It's perfect for whenever you want to do a small or larger load. I'm even able to wash bedsheets and quilts so I don't have to worry about going to the laundry mat. I really love all the different settings and it's quiet. Doesn't make too much noise. The set up was easy. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a smaller machine to do the job of a larger one and for anyone with smaller/limited spacing.

I’ve had this washer for over a year and it is one great machine!! Washes great. Holds a lot. Stores nicely. I needed to make a dolly for it because the wheels weren’t that great but not a big deal. Definitely recommended

Small and compact. Surprised on how much laundry you can fit in a load. Obviously less than a full size machine, but still gets the job done. Does a great job at spinning the water out. Nice little washing machine.

This magical life saver portable washing machine works for my needs because i live in a small condo and perfect for any seasons. It is fits small spaces and it spins wonderfully making the clothes almost feel dry. Just hang the clothes after and it will be fully dry. I normally put the washer in my small bathroom and let it does the work. Only one suggestion to the manufacturer is if they can may make the rolling wheels bigger so it is easier to move around from one space to another to store.

Have been using this washer for about a month and very pleased with the product. It is VERY quiet and cleans as good or better than a full size washer. DO NOT OVERLOAD! To clarify: It comes with all the attachments to hook up to a faucet and everything to hook up to a standard washer outlet for permanent install. It is extremely economical to operate... the only negative is that it takes a bit to get use to the programming...don’t give up. You will not regret the purchase.

I was a little worried at first at the size of the washer. I was tempted to change my order. But when I got it I was so happy. It loads more than my last washer because it doesn't have the center piece that twist back and forth. And it washes pretty quick, almost twice as fast as my last washer so I can actually get two loads done in about the same time. It's also perfect for when I move it's a lot easier to move if I need to.

Amazing price for the quality of this product! My kitchen is very small and this fits perfectly! I’m able to do full size loads and the clothes comes out very clean!! I’m in love!!

It’s a good portable washer it’s not too small and it’s not a regular size washer but it gets the job done it’s perfect for me and two little girls I don’t have to go to the laundromat it’s a good size I thought it would be smaller but it’s a good size it’s working well so far.

We bought this about 10 months ago. I wanted to wait to see how it did before i wrote a review. So first thing first. It did come on time which was a plus. It came well packed, and came in perfect condition. I was a little skeptical at first from reading the reviews, but so glad we decided to order it. Its well worth the money and it works really well was very impressed. We would definitely recommend this washer. Very easy to use and install.

I really like my washing machine. It was fairly easy to install although I paid someone to do it because I didn't want to wait a month for Best Buy's installation service. This machine washes the clothes good and fills up with the perfect amount of water for the different load sizes. The only cons (my reason for 4 stars) are that the inside is kind of small and I think there is a possibility that my washer had a previous owner due to a small dent in it upon arrival. One of the wash cycles doesn't complete and if I select that specific cycle (34 minute wash) I have to restart the machine and select a different cycle (rinse & spin only) to complete it. It doesn't bother me as I have figured out a way around it and there are plenty of other wash cycles to choose from that work fine. I think that was the reason the previous owner returned it thinking it was a dud when it's actually a powerhouse. Overall I am pleased with this washing machine as it does exactly what I need it to do...wash my clothes well.

Unfortunately, it was delivered with a minor dent on it, but looks like there was no damage to the washer. Unfortunately, all the cords (electrical & drain hose) are quite short. The drain hose feels like it's very cheap plastic material that if you squeeze somewhat hard, it bends. There's no clothes softener container... and the container for the liquid soap, drips as soon as you put it in. Although it has wheels on the back, they are soooooo small that it doesn't matter, they don't help you move the machine.... Fortunately, it comes with 2 washing machine hose (for cold & hot water) & an adapter... Overall, the washer machine is okay...

I’ve had this little washer for a few months and haven’t found a single thing to complain about. I use it at my kitchen sink. It does a great job getting clothes clean. It’s easy to move and comes with all the accessories you need to use right out of the box. Shipping was several days quicker than expected. Thanks again Best Buy for never disappointing me.

This washing machine is great for its size. Holds more than I thought it would. It spins the clothes practically dry. Highly recommend it.

Recent purchase and I couldn't be happier. The big surprise is just how much this little washer holds and how clean it gets the clothes. The real test is whites and they came out super bright. Money well spent.

This Machine is one of the best purchases I’ve done in a while, it’s leaves the clothes completely clean and is easy to setup and move around the house.Just don’t overfill it with clothes and put a good amount of detergent and your good to go!!!

I've had this for about two months now and have done many loads in it. Together with a drying rack from Ikea, I love it. I did wind up buying a 10' hose and an extension kit for the drain hose so that I could set it across the kitchen from my sink, and with those in place it works great. As a single person I can get my laundry for the week done in under two hours, leave it to dry overnight, and it's ready to put away in the morning. Even without using a dryer it feels like this is the easiest way I've ever had of doing laundry.
