The other issue was I would have to wait a few more days just for the store to get a replacement, since it was not carried in stock. When plugged in it seemed to run just fine.

Before I could take it back, my workers had installed it without my knowledge so I left it.

Have not had it long enough (only 2 weeks) to know about durability and longevity, but so ar, so good!

I hoped to use existing hardware and mounting holes but no go. Needs better instructions for the vent blower. It comes mounted to blow out into the kitchen but figured out how to rotate it to blow up into the duct.

The installers knew just what to do and had all tools to do the job right. They also took the old unit and left a clean room after wards. I have nothing but positive remarks about the experience.
