The only way to restart it is to hold the power button until it shuts down and then start it up. I tried resetting it back to factory, but it did not help. I ended up returning it and buying Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7" instead.

It would crash on some games and the system update was not working at all. If the tablet cannot ever update itself, that means there is absolutely no hope of those other software glitches to go away!
