The tablet was slow, lagged when dragging items across the screen, horrible battery life and wouldn't connect to a hidden network. Returned after a couple days. Updated to the latest version and it was still awful.

I've been using the same laptop computer for several years, it got to the point that loading a webpage took several hours, and decided to upgrade to something modern and affordable. Picked this up today and honestly it is amazing so far. It is lightweight, which helps with my back problems, it runs fast both on start-up and while running programs. Perfect for students of any level. Absolutely love this thing.

This tablet never worked from day one. It is so slow it constantly freezes up. It's not my wifi either. Just opening the settings app takes forever. It's unusable for the internet . Please do yourself a favor and don't buy this tablet. If you ignore this and do buy, and it freezes up constantly, I told you so.

Bought this tablet as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She was very excited, only to be disappointed because it just kept rebooting and would never get to the setup screen. We took it back, got it exchanged, only to have the replacement get through setup, but then immediately get stuck in the reboot loop once the wifi was connected. Yes, I did the factory reset, yes I did the network reset. This is a brand new item, I shouldn't have to be resetting things or looking up fixes on google. This is apparently a common issue and nothing has been done to resolve it. In short, this thing is garbage and kind of ruined my daughter's Christmas.

I had purchased two of these a few years ago and loved them. I am disappointed with the latest version. Very, very sluggish and as I use it mainly for writing I cannot count the pages lost by accidently touching the shrink button. I have recommended past purchases and I have this one but yet it disappoints.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. After reading the reviews even though most are terrible it still had a 4 star rating so I gave it a try. It's SO SLOW, it's constantly freezing, and or the screen is just going black. I don't recommend this tablet! Unless you're asking for a headache.

Worst tablet ever. Takes at least 2 hours to connect to wifi. Then freezes after a few minutes. Have to restart and wait 2 hours again. Extremely SLOW. Works fine with wifi off for offline stuff. Very pretty, nice picture but so disappointed.

My mom's old tablet died, and all she used it for was watching Netflix. I picked one of these up for her and the thing just kept endlessly restarting. The furthest we were able to get was logging in to Wifi. We exchanged it for another one and we were wary of the new one. We wanted to be sure that this one would work, so the guy that did our exchange sent us to Geek Squad. They refused to help us without an appointment, so we came back home and sure enough, the replacement does the same thing. There are apps crashing during the setup process!

This tablet is good for just browsing the internet. Doesn't seem to handle well with downloaded apps such a games. You can get maybe 10 minutes of gameplay before the tablet gets non responsive. There are constant messages saying apps are not responding. You click to close them out but nothing resolve the issue better than just shutting the tablet completely off. You're better off saving up and buying a more expensive tablet.

Picked it up from the store and set it up used it for an hour. Got home and it just kept rebooting I can not even do a factory reset. On top of that it is extremely slow. Not worth the money.

I rarely write reviews, usually others capture my take on a product one way or another. But this tablet was so bad I have to warn people away from it. It has so little memory (I GB) that even for a "budget" tablet, it cannot function. Android 7, a large screen, good internal storage and long battery life cannot overcome that glaring problem. I ultimately returned it. The Android system apps regularly crashed on boot. The video function of a 3rd party kid's lock app was nerfed for reasons that developer could not figure out; the tablet met the requirements for that specific app. It would hang for several seconds at a time randomly, regardless of the app. Peeking into the developer options to uninstall apps running in the background or changing the memory settings to close out background programs aggressively did not help. Neither did any 3rd party RAM cleaner. I only wanted to use it for kid's mode (books and videos), streaming, book reading, and web surfing and those apps would often crash on load or hang. I was NOT multitasking between them, only trying to have one program up at a time. Do yourself a favor get something with at least 2 GB of RAM.

This tablet has a major defect I purchased this tablet for my daughter on her 7th birthday in July of this year she had the tablet for 3 months and it started to turn completely off right in the middle of her doing something then i replaced it and it did the same thing so i took the 2nd tablet back and got another one and again it turned off right in the middle of her doing something this tablet is awful and needs to be off the shelves

This tablet worked okay but the battery life could be better. After about 18 months the battery would not take a charge. The cost of a battery is high relative to the cost of the tablet. I'm going to purchase another brand.......

This tablet could not multi-task and I returned it and bought a Samsung Galaxy A1 tablet

I gifted this tab to my father for Father's day. Tab would frequently restart and hang. 6 months of usage, it stopped charging as well.

We bought four of these tablets for our children. Within 2 weeks 3 of the 4 had to be returned due to system failure and not charging. Thank God we got the warranties! Don’t waste your money!

Whoever made this brand and these products, just imagines if they don't do much of customization on the Android OS for these budget tablets, instead they just use the Android One version for it. That would be awesome. If the Chinese can make a decent smartphone with decent mid-ranges specs and use the Android One version of OS and selling them cheap.( For example, xiaomi mi A1) then I think the future for Android tablets are definitely on stock Android with decent hardware specs ( it is a budget tablets already, why go for a extra mile to make something that people will eventually hates it. if the stock Android works fine, then just stick to it) Just imagine, insignia or any other brands just make the budget Android tablets with the decent specs of the xiaomi mi A1 with the Android One version of the OS, these tablets will sale like pancakes, by the dozen.

I got it new two months ago. I installed Google play and two games. These items are taking up all the running memory that it has. Ten minutes into a game everything comes up with errors saying "not responding". Over half of the memory is used for the operating system.☹️...

i bought the 8" and it barely lasted a year. The screen had good resolution but that's about all the good I can say about it. It ran very slow from day 1, didn't like to stay connected to my wifi and the charging port crapped out last week. I guess it's true, you get what you pay for. This was not worth the money even though it was fairly cheap.

Bought this tablet this year. It didn't pick up wifi connections very well. Also had to restart it too much due to freeze ups. The worst part is, it crashed in less than a year. Will just spend the money on a Samsung or Amazon Fire next time.
