This product failed 9 times out of 10 to load the app Paypal Here (for taking payments, like Square). So yes, could not even load a tiny app and take a simple payments, constant freezing and crashing right out of the box from this payment app to spotify, simple browsing, etc. Sadly useless.

I bought it for my four year old and works ok. You can watch Netflix and YouTube kids no problem. However anything that requires more ram won't work. I tried using a lives wallpaper and it couldn't handle it. So good for small child, not good if you actually want to do something with it.

Total crap! I shoulda known better than to think an under $100 tablet would be any good. At least I got a 20% and paid $79. Aside from the slowness, it has a horrible wireless sensor and fails to detect my router in the same rooms my laptops do it easily. This clunker is okay for a toddler, assuming they'd want it, LOL.

this tablet is not worth the $100 price tag. it is ridiculously slow, quits simple apps without provocation, and has poor screen resolution/quality. it's heavy, it's bulky, it's slow, and it sucks. spend $30 more and get the Acer Iconia One 10" tablet.

This tablet is as slow as slow can get. It also locks up while trying to catch up and pops up a message that says “Chrome is not responding. Wait, close, dismiss”. It gets very frustrating trying to do anything.

On the first day of use the tablet wouldn't shut down and it just started showing what I assume was Chinese characters. I finally held down the power button for a couple of minutes and it shut down and rebooted correctly. I was going to get a 2nd one but....

Purchased two Insignia 10.1 tablets last year (2017) with android version 6.0.1 (Marshmallow). Now neither tablet will update Google Play Services. Every update attempt finishes with "Cannot install update, error 504". Without update I cannot use YouTube and I constantly receive Update Play Services message. Spent hours trying every solution online. Best advice is to avoid all Insignia Products.

To say this tablet is slow would be an understatement. Laggy display, poor touchscreen, incredibly bulky compared to other tablets of this size. Doesn't seem to want to take updates. Only positives are battery life is decent.

Will not play a downloaded movie, kills Applications continuously.

Very poor performance. Should not be sold with this amount of RAM. Needs at least twice as much.

The tablet crashes all the time, awful experience.

Purchased it last march 14, 2018. Exactly 5 months, Today Aug 14, 2018, the screen is already having issues. Intermittently the display turns white blank, or black with lines or just blank with lights on. Item was not dropped. Being used everyday 5-8 hrs a day.

Noticed right away that it was extremely slow. We can be patient though, for the price it’s expected. BUT what’s not expected is that IT DOESNT CHARGE. The charging port doesn’t hold any charger.

Machine powered on to "Insignia powered by Android" and froze, Android did not boot. Android probably was not installed. Will return to Beavercreek store.

I've tried everything to get this brand new tablet to run faster and better, just not going to happen. Wish I had stuck with Samsung this thing is garbage

Tablet operation is slow, slower and dead. Tablet should be given the "Last Rights" and then buried.
