You click on something as simple as deleting an email and then wait and wait and wait! Because of this, I don't even use it. Don't buy it. It will drive you nuts to use it.

Bad product

Well it took two hours for Microsoft to download their upgrade and when it finally did it took another four hours to find out this unit was going right back to best buy. First off it wouldn't acknowledge my current email address to start the ball rolling so I typed in an address I hadn't had for over fifteen years and their it was. Definitely a Microsoft issue I think, but the tablet screen wouldn't show the pages accurately while cutting off the edges of the page. The tablet itself seemed flimsy and cheaply made and the OS was a nightmare to navigate. Very disappointed!
