I was quickly able to resolve this matter by traveling to Best Buy to purchase the Insignia 10" Display Port Cable (Black). Best Buy is a lifesaver and I'll continue to do business with them!

He wanted both his xBox One and his Gaming PC hooked up to the same monitor. This cable allowed us to use the HDMI for the gaming system and the display port for the PC. Worked out great.

I wanted to use it for my 27” QHD 144hz monitor, but this cord isn’t rated for anything above 60hz. It’s a good cord for normal use, not for gaming enthusiasts
