Q: Does this cable support 240hz?
A: I am using it at 1080p 240hz and there has been no glitches or artifacts
Q: Will this cable run 1440p @ 144hz?
A: Yes. Runs on my lg at 1440p @144hz.
A: No this is a 1.2 cable and consequently need to return it. Unfortunately it wasnt after I updated my graphics card to a 2080ti that it runs 1.4, therefore the cable bottlenecks if I run a 4k monitor. 1.4 will do 100/120hz 4k and this cable is 1.2 doing 60z. It is fine for 1440p but if you're running a premium monitor/GPU setup, get a 1.4. You dont want to spend $2k plus for a top monitor/GPU and be set back on potential with a $30 cable. The box didnt state what rating, but bandwidth I discovered was the answer. 32.4gb/s is 1.3/1.4 this cable is 21.6. As far as brand, after two hours of searching I'll be trying club3d. They're not cheap ($40..$50) but rated 1.4 vesa compliant and will run 5k/8k for futureproof
Q: Will this cable support 4K at 240hz?
A: undefined
Q: IS this a displayport cable that supports audio?
A: DisplayPort supports audio.
Q: Is pin 20 active on this cable?
A: No, pin 20 is not active on this cable, which is the VESA standard for DP to DP cables. I have two DP cables with an active pin 20 and those cause my GPU and RGB AIO CPU cooler to light up when PC is turned off but connected monitor is in standby. I quickly stopped using those cables.
Q: Will this cable support 1440p at 165hz?
A: Yes yes yes this cable absolutely support 1440p at 165hz and they also support HDR easily
