I purchased these based on all of the good reviews. It worked twice. Now the B player won't connect to the A player and won't play a DVD on it's own. The buttons on the unit don't work. The remotes only work sometimes. And yes, I replaced the batteries in both. I now have to go and buy another set because it takes 10 minutes to try to get them to work. I'm very disappointed.

Bought for family trip in van. Honestly, I bought it, handed the box to my 15 yr old Granddaughter and told her to figure it out, setup and installation apparently were easy, the only downfall she mentioned was it has to be plugged into a power source to work, but the 3 Granddaughters love it, easy to use and no fighting over what to watch

I purchased two sets of these for our family van. The straps do fit on the headrests - but barely. They're not loud enough to use without headphones.

This was bought for my daughter and grandsons for Christmas and they absolutely love it! It’s very durable, easy to install and easy to use. The children absolutely love the dual screens. Definitely a great gift!

This is a great set up and well worth the money. The ability to watch two separate movies allows my children to watch what they want without arguing (a win for momma) and they can wear headphones so sounds don’t intermix (another win for momma). If my children are tolerating each other well, they can watch the SAME movie which is super easy to set up. LOVE this product.

These players work well for any type of travel. We have used ours in the car, on plane rides, and also carried them into the hotel room so the kids can watch movies before bed, and we can watch TV in the same room.

Bought these for my kids to travel across country or short trips around our home. My kids love them because they can each watch whatever they want or they can be linked together to watch the same movie. The only complaint we have is the difficulty putting a dvd in while it’s attached to the headrest but other than that it’s a great product.

Bought these to replace the cheap ones, plays same video on both screens or can play two different videos at the same time, bought these to give my grandsons some entertainment during long trips, highly recommend getting ear phones for each player to save your sanity

Great to take on long road trips in the car. The kids can watch separate movies or they can watch the same movie at the same time.

For and easy set up,great screens,players are great. The only down fall i had is we could not work it without the remote. But great players.

The DVD players are very good. I found it was hard to keep up with the remote controls. Each tv had it own remote. You are able to make it were one dvd can control both but it is awkward. It seams everything must be done by remote. It is very hard for young children (5 on up) to operate. In the past with other DVD players the children are able to open and put dvd in close and able to push button on player and they are good to go. It takes time for everyone get on board on how to get the two dvds players to work together.

DVD players are great along with accessories. The holder for the player that attaches to car seat for viewing does not work with the seats in our car, you have to have a movable headrest to use.

I bought this after I bought 3 RCA portable DVD players at Walmart. The RCA players all broke and had problems with the DVD's skipping and pausing every time I hit a bump in the road. I have not had any issues with this Insignia model and I wish I purchased this in the beginning. I would definitely purchase this again.

It’s a great tv my kids loved it the only thing is that the remote control it’s hard to used it I haven to keep pressing the bottoms until it works

We bought these to use for our vacation. Works awesome. Kept the kids occupied on our 12hr drive. Set up in the car was easy. Would definitely recommend.
