Monitor randomly shuts off

Hadn’t had a chance to use it until a few dats ago. Used twice (To and from our destination) and each time the monitor went black. Sometimes we had to restart everything and other times just turn the monitor back on. Contacting manufacturer since I am 2 days past the stores return policy.

Monitor A stopped working in the middle of the first movie. Just stuck on loading. Remote does not respond well. Have to keep pressing for it to respond Item is being returned tomorrow.

DIDNT LAST VERY LONG

Good quality/features. Audio not loud enough

I bought this before going on a long road trip. Was a bit disappointed with audio/volume. I drive an older car and road noise drowned out the audio even on the maximum setting. Headphones are probably needed to hear the audio.

Disappointed.

Straps/Bag are completely useless and cheap!! Disappointed!!

Horrible experience

Called Insignia which was no help as they don’t offer the remotes individually. Told me just to exchange it. Went to return it as I’m not keeping a system which will be totally useless if one of the remotes goes missing. Returned to BB on the 15th day which is good under BB’s online return policy. Told I was out of return window and BB would only offer store credit. Never again.

Insignia portable dvd player

After a few uses the cords stopped working and the ports to plug them In were not working either. Every time we hit a bump while driving the DVD players would shut off!!!! So frustrating!!! Don’t buy these !
