    Generally speaking I like these but one has already ceased working and it came with two “b” players which meant only one remote worked and my kids, while they’re working on their sharing skills, have to pass this one remote back and forth which involves a lot of yelling. Will be going back for an exchange. When I can actually find the time.

    I brought this dual screen portable DD player for my grand kids but it did not work. There were some parts missing. So I decided to return and not purchase.

    There was clearly an issue with the cable that allows you to watch the same DVD on both screens. No matter which was the primary screen (playing the DVD) and which was the secondary screen, the video and audio quality was extremely poor on the secondary screen. I tried first calling the manufacturer and they told me the only recourse would be to return the item. I would have really hoped they could have sent me another cable, and this suggested to me that they are aware there is an issue with the cable. We returned them and the person at the counter said they have seen several of these come back due to this issue.

    Would not recommend. Bought these and in less than a year one of the screens went out. The store gave us a new set since it was less than a year of buying under warranty and it happened again about 6 months later with the new screens. So now we're out over $200. And of course my kid are upset about this, would definitely not buy this brand again.

    One doesn’t work more than half the time so at least I have one good one that works. For how long I don’t know. Not good quality at all. Wouldn’t recommend

    The first purchased I returned to BB within 3 days, the adapter let off a spark. Now I'm questioning if I purchased a refurbished item. The adapter again, one cord doesn't work and let off a loud sound when I plug it into the dvd player. The other cord tou have to adjust for it to come on. The dvd players has a play button on them, that doesn't work. I have to use the remote control in order for it to play. Waste of money.

    We loved it for the first month. Then one of the screens stopped reading discs, no biggie as theres 2 screens that read dvds. Then month 4 the second screen stopped reading discs everyonce in a while. It makes noise like something is hitting the disc but everything is fine. When we bought it, the guy told us there was no warranty for it.

    I bought these devices and had to take them back after a week of using them. One if them completely stopped working. I would not by again. I did purchase the warranty and best buy refunded what I paid for them plus the insurance, so I didn't lose anything.

    The origional portable dvd player was purchased for my children. It had to be returned. 1 of the 2 tvs would not play. I think I have now returned 2 or 3 times. I was on vacation in Florida when this set was exchanged for a new one. I will be returning these because one if them will not play. Maybe its bad equipment for this model. But I am done. I really wish I could give a better review. But this model is not good .

    Worked great for a year.... one month after the warranty ran out the picture on the main screen died. Tried everything and nothing worked. What a shame.

    Buttons on the DVD player didn’t work. My 5 year old dropped the remote under her back seat so couldn’t use her till we stopped and found

    Just opened my dvd trying to set it up and one of them isn’t working smh and it’s past the return policy. Waste of money

    the cords linking the two screens are very short and hard to find correct fitment. the 12v power plug came defective and never worked. i was able to get the screens to power up using my 110v converter but it was a hassle. the volume on these dvd players are minimal and you can only hear them with headphones. lousy product.

    Cords hanging everywhere. The attachments to hold on to seat are flimsy Velcro. The remote doesn’t work.
