    Bought these for my grandchildren for a 4 hour truck ride since internet can be spotty along the interstate. While it is nice that these can play individual DVD's the sound is absolutely horrible. I could barely hear them in the front seat and they were on the headrest. They did not keep the children entertained and I forgot to return them in the return window. Ugh! Don't waste your money.

    One screen stopped working in less than one week. Heading back into the store and hoping I will still be able to return since I don’t have all the packaging. Keep your packaging if you decide to actually purchase this because the quality is terrible and you may find yourself in this situation.

    Would return if I had realized it was only two weeks for bestbuy. Missed the window and they do not stay in their holsters for the car seat. Hit one of my kids going around a corner. Do not buy these are unsafe and we hadn't even watched a movie yet.

    Ended up returning the equipment, very low quality! My kids couldn't watch both screens at the same time.

    Very difficult to figure out the product. The tv kept falling off the holders from the back of the headrest

    Was great for the first 3 months. About month 4 one of the dvd players started making horrible noises and now it will not connect to the second dvd player. I will note that they have never been moved since I put them on the back of the headrests. Disappointed.

    Terrible. The quality of the picture is bad but I understand it's just a dvd player. One of the screens had a black mark on the screen. Half way through a movie the player started making clicking noises and stopped playing. I did like that you could play the same movie on both screens but with everything I listed above I ended up returning it.

    The dvd players never played well and was prone to skipping and freezing. Less than a month after purchase one completely stopped working. Of course just outside of the return window. I would definitely avoid this dvd player.

    I wanted to return because we did not use on vacation and could not because it was past the 15 days I did not know that there was a 15 day return policy. Now I have something that I paid 179$ for and will probably never use. I don’t think I will be buying anything from Best Buy.

    Velcro ties to headrest. They stick out pretty far. Better if there we’re wireless.

    Just bought them in August and they didn’t even make it a year! One went out two month ago and then the other one just went out. They won’t even turn on. Don’t waste your money on these.

    Plugged it in and one did not work after the first time to top it off it shorted out some wiring in my expedition and had to pay a mechanic a 200 to fix the issues due to the short from the electronics plugged do not ever buy this unless you want to have more problems than u can afford
