I had an older computer which needed to communicate with my new computer and they knew all the answers! Luckily it was a simple solution to a big problem!

Unfortunately, do not have 'admin' access to change computer settings so thought we would see if a hard wire connection would work since router was close to desk and this fit the bill. Still don't know what the problem with the computer is (every other device in the house was able to connect with no problem) but it's nice to have a backup, if needed.
