    I need this cable to troubleshoot a wifi issue. It's hard to update the wifi card when wifi isn't working. This did the trick.

    Works fine but with the higher speeds today go with Cat-6 Ethernet Cable instead. If there is any price difference the higher data transmission rate is probably worth it.
