    I realised that the router in my basement which I thought was only for the phones (Comcast) had an open ethernet port. Bought this to cover the distance to the desktop and now my speeds are 20x what they were with wifi.

    Used this cable to run directly from the main output system to the tv for better gaming. It prevents the lag time in the middle of the best part of your favorite game. It is like I have a new and improve PS4 or xbox system
