    i was in the market for a longer Ethernet cord when I purchased X1 internet. and ended up choosing a cat-5 cord instead of the more expensive newer version. and it works great.

    Cable is nice and supple, and the build quality is fine. The plug is hard to pinch down, and makes it hard to detach.

    We bought this cord to replace the charging cord for our Samsung Galaxy tablet. The length was perfect and it worked fine, until about the fourth use. As I pulled it from the tablet, the plus came loose and separated from cord, making it useless. Best Buy did exchange this item, so I am hoping the new one lasts longer!

    I needed to run a network cable from a switch in our computer room to a wireless access point in our warehouse. A 50 foot cable wasn't long enough, as I needed one about 80 foot long. I could have made my own cable with cable we had in stock and crimp-on RJ45 connectors. But, this 100' cable worked nicely and a much better choice.

    I HAD BROKEN MY OLD ONE OR IT JUST WORE OUT, WENT TO BEST BUY AND FOUND THIS ONE. THEY HAD A GOOD SELECTION AND CHOICES ON THE LENGTHS. GOT IT HOME PLUGGED IT IN AND HAVE HAD NO ISSUES.
