Does exactly what it's supposed to do.

And I honestly don't believe you get "twice as much" sound with the more expensive stuff. At least I can't hear a huge dropoff in sonic quality, if any at all. But the wire is a little thin, so you do have to take care when you split it and strip it for your speakers.

I used it to connect my surround speakers to a new receiver and it worked fine. Although it is a relatively thin gauge wire the insulation is quite substantial and protects the wire nicely.

I am getting an odd reverb every so often I had not experienced with other wire previous. Not sure it has anything to do with it. It's the only variable that is different than my previous setup.
