There are two USB ports so you can charge your headset and your phone at the same time. I bought one for one of my employees so that they can never say their phone died when I need to get in contact with them. They love it also.

I also got this because of the convenience of location to the store and myself. This has been very useful and I keep it with me most of the time because you never know!
