    It works fine as a charger. The issue I have is when I need to charge it. Sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesn't.

    Defective out of box, exchanged for a new one. So far works as expected, battery lifespan feels work but really tough to say.

    Ive had for about a year barely use it because it sometimes doesnt charge my phone. Ive used different cord but have the same issue

    Just after the return expiration, I now notice that the battery will not charge beyond 2 dots on the indicator and mind you there are 4 dots available. It still works, however I would like to have access to the full 10k mAh. Not totally dissatisfied. Just a little...

    I bought five (5) of the chargers as was on sale. Thought would be okay after seeing many good reviews over bad reviews. First one charged to four (4) lights once and then would not charge past two (2) after that Then, tried to charge the other four (4). Two (2) of the others charged to four (4) lights and the two (2) other would not charge past two (2) lights. Not sure if light issue or actual charge issue but wasn’t comfortable keeping and not know if the chargers were actually charging fully or not. Was sad to have to return but didn’t trust the quality of the chargers. Best Buy was very accommodating with the return. I would not advise purchasing this product.

    To be fair, I bought this on sale, so I should have suspected a poor product being priced to move. I needed one for traveling. It looks like its at least worth the money. But in practice, it fails to charge my iphone, ipad, headphones, etc for more than sixty seconds. Numerous times I have plugged things in, clicked it on and walked away; only to come back to find nothing was charged up more than a couple percent. This has caused a number of stressful situations on my travels. The super cheap power bank I grabbed in the Safeway checkout line has served me better. Keep shopping folks, you’re bound to find a better product.

    I really love this product when it works. But when I didnt use it for a long time it wont charge anymore. No lights or anything. I would just buy a higher end battery pack if you’re looking for a reliable one to carry with you

    I purchased this because it had good reviews. I needed this charger for an iPhone 8 got it home start charging it midway into charging my iPhone it stop charging and disconnected itself. I don’t know what happened maybe I just bought a dud, ended up returning it.

    I've bought other insignia products before and never had a problem but this one, I charged my phone twice and that's it. The charger turns off, won't charge.
