Charged it.....then it never fully charged again. Only to the first bar. The sad part is he threw away the packaging so I don't know if I can still return/exchange for a new one. Stopped working after 3 months

This unit, after "charging" overnight, was unable to charge my iphone. So unsure if the charger is faulty or if it is incompatible with the iphone. Don't waste your time.

I totally know how this situation is not ideal for you. Please, be mindful that batteries lose charge naturally just by being charged and it will give you a little less than 10,000 MAh total even when fully charged. However, It could be that is just your particular unit the one who is not performing correctly. Please, give us a call at 877-467-4289 for troubleshooting and warranty validation if applicable.
