    Local stores were sold out of the Belkin. I talked to a Best Buy associate and they had a positive experience with the charging pad. However on the iPhone X we didn't have the same experience. First night with case on, second night without both did not fully charge. Additionally it charges VERY SLOW. Positioning - Like all wireless chargers positioning is key. Unfortunately the "sweet spot" is definitely harder to find or may not exist. I will be returning and waiting to see Apple's overpriced charging pad lives up to the hype.     Was reccommended to buy this when I bought my iPhone by the salesperson. I should have done my own research. It’s REALLY slow to charge and it makes a weird buzzing noise (very quiet but noticeable for me) at all times.

    It does not fully charge my phone. I may have a defective one. Overnight should be sufficient to fully charge the phone. Would like to be able to turn off the blue light ring which is too bright and annoying at night.
