Very Portable cooking surface

It works great, if you have the correct pans. The manufacturer includes a magnet to test your pans. I went to a department store and tested every pan to see if the magnet would stick to the bottom. Only about 10% did. Once we identified the correct pan set, it cooks like a dream.

I have a generator, but also an electric stove that the generator is not powerful enough to service. This woks perfectly on standard current from my generator and makes the difference. Cold food or cooked. A great item. Could not be more pleased with it.
