    TLDR: Piece of Trash sold by Best Buy who wants to charge more to fix it. TRASH. Stops working within 1.5 years when the manufacturer's warranty expires. Then best buy will offer to send someone to diagnose the problem for $125, then god knows how much it would be to fix. Absolutely pathetic.

    So far I love this fridge. It does a great job cooling. It looks great and fits great in my space. I love the deli drawer and the bottom freezer. You don't always find a bottom freezer in the smaller sized refrigerator. And speaking of smaller refrigerator, it holds a lot for a smaller fridge. It has more capacity than most. Also, hats off to the delivery guys. They knew the product, answered all my questions and brought into its spot very carefully. They communicated well about their planned arrival time and showed up when they said. They were 100% professional! I would recommend the fridge and Best Buy.

    I like this fridge, it isn't as cool as my previous one, but that was expected based on the reviews. The delivery was my issue. This fridge fell when they were taking it off the truck, and I have little confidence nothing was broken. They installed it anyway and told me I could return it. I would've been better off buying it open box and saving $130.

    The refrigerator was delivered with a broken plastic door shelf, “bottle shelf”. When asking to get replacement piece, the wrong door shelf was sent to me. Then I was told the part would not be available until July. Why sell something and not be able to have available repair parts? Why can’t part be taken out of existing warehouse stock of a refrigerator until part is available? I will be buying another brand in the future and it won’t be from Best Buy either.

    I made a mistake choosing this inexpensive refrigerator. It arrived damaged on the inside. Not sure if that happened in transit or in manufacturing. It took a week for Best Buy to pickup the return. I would not recommend this fridge because the damage to the inside was also noted on another buyers review. It must be a recurring issue. It also made a high pitched noise that hurt my kids ears.

    too small gallon of juice and milk no more space, the drawers are tiny and have to swing wide to crack them open

    Makes a high pitch noise

    I exchanged one of these for a replacement. They both make the same high pitch noise when the compressor is running, which is approximately 10 minutes every hour. I had to return the second unit for something else entirely.

    Item arrived damaged. Large dent lower right quarter. As a result it won't sit level. (4) so called customer care phone calls, and (6) useless online chats did not resolve. In fact, each had a different, dissimilar response to the issue, often contradicting the other.

    Fridge broke after 13 months

    Had this fridge for 13 months before it broke. Began making all sorts of rattling noises, wouldn't cool, and started to smell like burned rubber. None of the parts are repairable so the whole fridge had to be replaced. Really liked it otherwise, worked perfectly for what I needed.

    Do not waste your money. Its a nice fridge but it doesnt get cold enough to properly store your food. It wont get below 42 degrees on the coldest setting.

    Was a great fridge while it worked - Lasted less than 2 years. Compressor started making a rattling noise and fridge quit cooling. No one will repair the smaller refrigerators (including best buy service).

    Best Buy does have warranty. However they expect you to take the refrigerator back to Best Buy to be look at.

    After checking with the person who sold this to me, and asking multiple times to confirm that a walk up delivery was okay, the delivery guys immediately left when they found out there was no elevator. Maybe it’s a great fridge but I’ll never know.
