    Nice fridge. It is a great size for our apartment, BUT when we unboxed it there were three dents in the front door.

    I purchased appliances from best buy 16 years ago and had a great experience. This fridge arrived with dents. I've gone through a fiasco with total tech and gotten lots of misinformation and run-around. Even though i bought the fridge through the national sales line, i have to go to my store for remedy. If they replace with a good fridge, I'll update my rating a bit.

    Failed within 2 years.

    It was delivered in May 2022; as of January 2024 the freezer will not freeze. Best Buy won't repair it and an independent repair guy said it's unrepairable. Less than two years is noooot good. Additionally — although this is a small problem — the refrigerator-door gasket split in several areas.

    The bottom door came dented and apparently the stainless material is very fragile and dents easily. The freezer doesn’t have a temperature control so everything is frosted at high temp.
