I was told that it came with a year of Microsoft Office, which is why I bought it. The sign near it also stated it had a year of Office. After a month, the Office subscription expired. I went in to ask about it and the computers were still there on sale but the sign was now missing and the manager said it was only a month of Office free. I explained what the sign said and she said without a sign there, there was no proof of what I saw and what I was told. Additionally, the Microsoft Word I did get for the 30 days did not always save my work and I lost 9 pages of documentation over two weeks of writing. I tried to take "computer" back for crazy mouse pad, non saving Microsoft, and false advertisement and was just over time for return policy and told I couldn't get return, only store credit. Buyer beware with this hardware and at Best Buy in general that you have proof you're getting what you're being told you're getting.
