Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the ease of use, the included keyboard, and the tablet's size. Many appreciate the affordable price and find the performance adequate for their needs. However, some customers note that the weight of the device is a drawback, and the limited storage capacity is a concern for some users. The smaller amount of RAM available is also mentioned as a potential limitation.

Poor quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was looking for a small portable laptop to take on vacation that could fit in my carry on luggage. After spending several hours setting up the tablet, I got it to a function level. While attempting to log into the internet outside of the US, the network adapter failed, after spending several hours trying to reset the network adapter, i could never lo into internet. As soon as I returned to the US, I returned this item.

no-go
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of the box I couldn't connect with outlook because the screen would cloud over when I activated the password box making it impossible to enter any information. The cloud would abate if touched the screen but then the password box would deactivate and start sending me the weird letters to prove I wasn't a robot or something. That made it even more impossible to log in. Before I returned it Windows updated and the computer couldn't recognize any wi-fi locations. I returned it and got my money back.

Not a good product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my daughter for her first laptop to do school work, the frist one lasted a few months and started doing strange thing's on it's own, unit was sent out for repair and lasted a few more mouths and stopped working all together , the unit was replaced 3 times because they stopped sending them out for repair and then I was given the option to get something else of the same value, and I did.

Bogs down making it unreliable for "working" aps
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased with the intention of using it to operate X Air software for mixing live music. While it has the minimum specs to run the software, it fails miserably in a live setting. Unfortunately this was discovered after the initial 15 day period. If purchased for a specific purpose, make sure it will handle that purpose regardless of stated specs within the return window.

Not a tablet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not a fan. It's heavy for starters. You can't use it just like a tablet because you have to pull up the keyboard manually. I didn't like the layout of the screen keyboard. Had more of a laptop feel the needs a mouse. Took it back it put the monies towards a real tablet. It's not even a good budget"tablet" in my own opinion. Just get an actual tablet and buy a cheap Bluetooth case/keyboard

Basic win 10 computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's not a fast computer but works well enough for simple tasks. Unfortunately the screen went black and won't power back on.

Not good for beginners!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a terrible time trying to get it set up. I took it back to the Geek Squad 4 times and when I got it back home couldn't make it work! It was very frustrating. Finally took it back! My one really bad gripe is that I had paid cash for this and couldn't get the cash back! They put the cost back on my card! I don't like that at all! It's wrong!

A Great Value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A very good tablet for a great value. I usually use it for web browsing, book reading and the occasional game playing. Definitely worth the purchase.

It's what you would expect for $175
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want a device for travel and won't be a big deal if it gets lost or stolen this thing is great. If you are looking for quality this is not the device for you. Be prepared to make a couple trips to geek squad though. I bought 2 of them and both WiFi cards went out after about a week. I got the warranty so they were replaced no problem.

Simple to operate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very generic for a transformer tablet ... the keyboard looks cheaply made. I like that it stands upright unlike others where the tablet would be heavier than the keyboard and it falls over.

Good product, BUT extremely fragile
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tablet after much debate, it had everything I was looking for. Speed, memory, etc. Owned it barely TWO weeks, while charging it slid off edge of bed and busted the screen, right at the charging port. Can not be repaired, per the GEEK SQUAD. Now, I have a $215. Paperweight, yea me. its a great tablet though. Just be very careful with it. Or find something more durable, tougher.

Poor Performer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought Insignia tablet with keyboard for 9 yr old daughter to help her with homework, play games, watch videos. Did not have it more than a week. It stopped charging, and the system was corrupted. When it worked it responded slowly and couldn't download apps. Returned it to the store and received credit.

Not suggested.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Touch pad on keyboard was not very responsive. Machine ended up locking up in a boot cycle when I attempted to return it for exchange at Best Buy so I ended up just returning the tablet. It had some potential for a basic user that doesn't want to use iOS or Android. Maybe Insignia can improve it.

Poor charging
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this item, thinking it would be great fit because of the added keyboard. After in packing and charging overnight I noticed the unit never reached full charge. After a couple of days the unit never reached full charge. Thinking I had only received an anomaly, I returned and exchange for a replacement. Unpacked and charged overnight, same results. Returned for refund.
