I got home and discovered the hard drive wasn't working. Took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it. Got the replacement home and discovered this Windows based 2in1 doesn't stream very well. FarmVille and similar games are not compatible so they don't work. Went and bought a laptop instead.

Terrible Product

The battery, power brick, cable, or charging port is no good. The tablet will not charge, and something is defective. The worst part is that I contacted Geek Squad through Best Buy, and they were willing to "give me a quote on the cost" of fixing it. It is BRAND NEW. Absolutely terrible.

I found that I had problems with it from the very start. There were a lot of freeze ups and when I typed letters would scramble. Along with other issues I encountered. I returned the item to the store and was given credit for it.

It even opened secondary desktops when none were created in the first place. A real nightmare. Avoid the Insignia brand like the plague.
