Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the ease of use, the included keyboard, and the tablet's size. Many appreciate the affordable price and find the performance adequate for their needs. However, some customers note that the weight of the device is a drawback, and the limited storage capacity is a concern for some users. The smaller amount of RAM available is also mentioned as a potential limitation.

It was good...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a college student on a budget so when I saw this I was absolutely stoked to check it out. I checked the reviews and everything seemed to check out and even when I got it I was pretty pleased at first up until I started putting it to use. When your palms apply pressure to the keyboard it kinda has a mind of its own and will highlight/ delete or move wherever you're typing. I worked around that. The battery can't charge adequately while the tablet is on, so if it's out of juice you're out of luck. The tablet would also seem unresponsive when I would try to turn it on at times. I was on the phone with tech support holding the power button down until it randomly chose to wake up (I was on the phone for ten minutes). Not to mention it would randomly shut down in the middle of some of my papers and I lost everything....multiple times. OH! And it wanted me to update it, so I did and now the sound won't work. Soooooo overall it was a terrible choice, it served its purpose for a bit, but what did I expect when buying a "laptop" for 300 some odd dollars.

Not good! Very poor quality!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tablet started out good, but now it is almost impossible to do anything on. The charger hardly works at all, and also It does not keep a charge for very long. I only got it the end of July and first of August, after two months it would hardly keep a charge and then it starting touching places all over the screen without me touching it, sometimes as much as 10 touches at the same time, it is almost impossible to use. Very poor quality, never would get it again. I also broke the screen, very weak screen. I do not have emough money to get another tablet or laptop either. Very dissatisfied. Never going to get insignia.

Does what is paid for
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does what it supposed for the price. No point in talking about speed having known about the config before buying. The Keyboard is very good compared to RCA I have. To browse, see social media websites, this is more than enough until you wanna launch a rocket.

Worked For 1 Hour
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just purchased the computer today. I used the computer for about an hour, if that, and it suddenly crashed and when it started up it went to a black start-up screen and never came back on. I should have had an indication since the display computer in the store didn’t turn on either. I thought it wasn’t plugged in, but maybe the computer is just that terrible.

slooooooooooooooow
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product to be an additional control board for mixing live music. I wanted to limit all other ongoing processes so that I had an inexpensive and dedicated tablet. Whether it be system updates, Windows or other Windows settings the tablet grinds to a halt when attempting to work with "settings" . I wanted a windows OS because the mixer software provides further flexibility within the program, but if I can't shut down other processes, the system lag is problematic to say the least.

DOA
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace a cheap 2-in-1 that I bought as a Christmas gift and it died after 5 days. This seemed like a great deal until I got it home, charged it for like 6 hours and then tried to turn it on and nothing. Does not turn on. Guess the cheaper one was better than this one, it at least lasted a few days before it died. Back to the store it goes. Glad I tried to test it before actually giving it back to the person who it was purchased for.

I Should've Bought A Windows Surface
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can't even check my email without this thing freezing and that's after I fight with it to get it to turn on. It's basically become a $200 paperweight. Unfortunately I moved out of the country and couldn't return it.

Extremely slow!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At first it did seem to be a pretty cool gadget but it turned out to be a bad investment! I can not believe that in today's age we still have such slow devices.

Open box item; Geek Squad certified; Junk.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never buy open box items, but with the "geek squad certified" tag (and assurances from the sales guy) I figured it was worth a try for the deep discount. Never again. The tablet would not recognize its internal wifi device. So, no network. And the touchscreen didn't work. Not good! Even just clicking on the volume icon in the taskbar caused a message about a driver error that requires a reboot. Rebooting didn't fix that, or any of the other problems. I don't know how a "brand new" device would be, but it's not worth my time to even try after the lousy experience with this one.
