I love it. Fits perfectly where I want in my kitchen and is working awesomely. Can’t believe I waited so long to get one. Now I can stock up on my kids food. Also works as a great folding center of clothes rather than my couch!

This thing is a monster. 14 cubic feet. Make sure you have enough room in your house.

Bought to hold home brew kegs. Simply added an Inkbird temperature controller at the input power and keeps at any set temp I desire. Easily holds 9 5gal Corny kegs. Will add a collar and convert into a keezer with 6-9 taps soon. Great price and super quiet!

Did the curbside pick-up, they brought it out, the boxed looked great and I was on my way. When I got home and unboxed it, it looked like it was dropped on its side. Being the last one in stock and in need of one I had no choice but to keep it. My fault for not unboxing in the middle of the parking lot where they loaded it I guess. It works for what I needed it for.

I LOVEEEE this freezer. The baskets are not bulky like other freezer baskets and it’s so spacious. Everything is frozen properly, the light is great to see in the dark. Came with two keys and is perfect to keep The freezer locked so little fingers aren’t opening it to sneak treats. I’m going to buy other Insignia products in the future.

Delivery was on time and very professional. The chest is perfect, easy to clean and I love the light feature inside. It’s very quite, we love it!

Do not buy!! This was my first Insignia freezer bought from Best Buy. It stopped working one year and a few weeks after purchase. The Insignia representative I spoke with lacked empathy. He told me that I need to go fix my freezer by myself because the one year manufacturer warranty is over. I asked if Insignia will send a technician if only to diagnose the problem but the representative turned me down in the most unsympathetic manner. This is my third freezer. The other two are other brands and have spent years in my house and they still work great. I never had to fix any of them before. In fact, I bought one of them over a decade ago. Do not buy Insignia product if you don't want to be stuck with a product that will be giving you problems.

Online purchase and curbside pickup was a breeze. The freezer sat in my garage for a week before unboxing and as I slid the box off the the freezer four large dents were revealed in the side. Worse still, it appeared to have been dropped on it's lid as the corner was crumpled. My local Best Buy passed me off to a national "Customer Service" line with hours long hold times. For the record, the packaging was perfect, nothing would have prompted an inspection or suspicion of concealed damage.

The product was delivered the driver dropped it off and left when I went to look at it. Damaged left back side. Large dent. Very disappointed. Paying for a product that comes damaged.

This was a great buy. I can’t believe how much food this holds! It’s quiet and cold and has worked fine for the several months we’ve had it. My only complaint is that we are going to have to empty it to defrost it, although it’s not in bad shape even after running for several months. A quick note: the temp in the mudroom it’s in (we live in an old house; it’s in a transition area between what used to be the summer kitchen and the main house) occasionally got below the minimum operating temp this winter, and thankfully we didn’t see/experience any issues with that.

Fits in the storage room just fine. No issues hooking it up cooled down quick very happy with this unit. Holds plenty of meat and the three storage bins are very handy.

Just picked up and installed our new 14' Insignia chest freezer. Best Buy's curbside pickup was outstanding. Freezer was packaged beautifully and was in perfect condition when we unpacked it. This freezer has a built in light as well as wheels which made it almost effortless to position. We followed the instruction manual and plugged it in. It is quiet, efficient and well built. The price was absolutely the best to be found in our research. My wife is very happy with it as am I. Thank you, Best Buy.

Love this freezer! Larger than we needed but will certainly grow into it. Love the baskets that come with the freezer and the lights! Front has the indicator light and temp controls as well as a light on the inside of the lid. Reviews talk about the heavy lid, not heavy just well suctioned so occasionally does require extra effort to open. Started cooking immediately. Transferred our processed meat just 2 hours after running. Best Buy delivery service was perfect!

A lot of space, We purchased in the midst of the pandemic when freezers were hard to come by and the price was not inflated. I like the movable racks on the top, and the shelf on one side is also very handy. Also, it is on wheels, so if I want to move it to a different location, I can do that myself with ease. I have no complaints with this product. I love it!

We needed a freezer when ours failed. They were hard to find and I was sceptical of the Insignia brand because I had never heard of the brand. We are very pleased. It works great (after two months) and it saved our side of beef. It stays very cold and is quiet. Very good product.

Have been very pleased with this. Lots of room. Love the baskets. We didnt even know it had wheels. When we ordered it was told 3 days it came in 2 days. The guys at the store were great helping load it. Would recommend

Due to COVID my freezer had to be delivered to my covered carport; I have opened its box and plugged it in. The machine runs very quietly and seems to freeze well. However I am quite disappointed that it has only 3 rolling baskets so the lower part of the freezer is an undivided chasm. My dead 50 year old Sears freezer had 6 rolling baskets, on two levels. Although the Insignia freezer has the same rated capacity 14 cu.ft. it will obviously be less accessible when it is eventually placed into my utility room. I suspect that some penny pinching accountant decided that it is a bit less expensive to have just 3 baskets. There were no models on display in the local Best Buy, so i was unaware of its deficiency when I placed my order.

This is a great freezer. Its large and has plenty of room. I love that it's on wheels so it's easy to move.
